Job summary

All Star Agency in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Director – AI and Data Governance to lead policy and control initiatives for responsible AI. You will collaborate with business, Technology, Data Science and control functions to translate governance requirements into practical reviews and reporting.

The role emphasizes enhancing AI-governance guidelines, risk controls, and documentation, with close collaboration with Compliance and Legal, and clear updates on adoption, risks and remediation

Qualifications

Experience in AI governance, technology risk, model governance, or data governance within banking/fintech.
Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
Ability to translate requirements into actionable governance controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

Enhance AI-governance guidelines, policies, and risk controls across the bank.
Coordinate governance reviews of AI use cases with stakeholders (data usage, privacy, security, regulatory considerations).
Deliver AI policy updates and maintain documentation and guidelines.
