Job summary

All Star Agency seeks a Team Head - AI Governance in Hong Kong to lead governance standards for responsible AI adoption. You will oversee policy development, controls, and oversight across business and Technology teams.

You will collaborate with Data Science, control functions and business units to translate requirements into practical review, monitoring and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with HK regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI governance, risk or data governance within banking/FinTech.
• Experience leading governance reviews and reporting for AI initiatives.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into actionable controls and processes.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security and regulatory considerations in HK.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing enhancement of AI-governance framework, policies and oversight procedures.
• Coordinate governance reviews of AI use cases with data usage, privacy, security and controls.
• Document AI initiatives, assign owners, record governance decisions and remediation actions.
• Define governance requirements across AI development, deployment and monitoring with stakeholders.
• Prepare AI-governance committee materials and management reports with risk updates.
• Monitor regulatory developments and promote responsible AI practices.
