You will oversee end-to-end recruitment across HK, Singapore, Southeast Asia and Australia, leveraging existing client relationships and live roles to accelerate billing from day one.

Join a team partnering with global developers, operators, DC service providers, main contractors and MEP suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience or sector experience with transferable skills.
• Strong sales background with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
• Experience in construction, real estate or mission-critical environments is advantageous.
• Hard-working, willing to learn, with a positive attitude.
• AI competency is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Run full 360 recruitment - source, interview, present, close.
• Fill data-centre and built-environment roles from day one.
