Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a Lease Construction Manager to lead end-to-end construction delivery of leased data centre spaces, from shell to Ready for Service (RFS). This hands-on, high-visibility role connects landlords, general contractors, commissioning agents, installers and internal teams on site.

You'll manage electrical, telecom, IT, mechanical, security and office/storage fitouts while championing safety and coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver on time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and handoffs.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in large-scale, mission-critical environment projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of electrical, telecom, IT, mechanical cooling containment, security, and office/storage fitout within leased space.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: schedule, budget, scope, risk and issue tracking with weekly reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate dark fibre delivery with client teams and Telco providers, through to the network rack.
• Project manage Corporate LAN (wired and wireless) installation within lease space.
• Collaborate with landlords/GCs, commissioning agents and installers to hit RFS milestones.
• Facilitate FAT/SAT, integrated systems testing and commissioning activities.
• Drive project closeout, including lessons learned and documentation handover.
• Act as a safety advocate to ensure all works meet internal and EHS requirements.
