Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Regional Recruitment Consultant focused on Data Centre & Digital Infrastructure in Hong Kong. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment across HK, Singapore, Southeast Asia and Australia, leveraging existing client relationships and live roles to accelerate billing from day one.

Join a team partnering with global developers, operators, DC service providers, main contractors and MEP suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience or sector experience with transferable skills.
• Strong sales background with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
• Experience in construction, real estate or mission-critical environments is advantageous.
• Hard-working, willing to learn, with a positive attitude.
• AI competency is a big plus.

We're looking for a hungry, driven consultant to join our Hong Kong team.

• Advantageous if you have worked in Construction, Real Estate or Mission-Critical environments


• 3–6 yrs' experience (recruitment ideal, but open to sector experience - we can teach you the rest)


• Hard-working, willing to learn, positive attitude


• AI competency is a big plus!
