Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience preferred.
• Property/Real Estate industry experience highly regarded.
• Graduates with strong sales, networking or customer-facing experience encouraged to apply.
• Commercial & growth mindset with a passion for relationship building.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Motivated by targets, success and career growth.

Responsabilités

• Source and place talent across Gough's industry specialisations in Property & Real Estate sector.
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from briefing through to placement.
• Interview, shortlist and advise candidates.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Drive business development, networking and market mapping activities.
