Job summary

Aurora Talent is seeking a Data Centre IT/OT Manager to lead the region's IT/OT infrastructure, networks, and applications for Hong Kong data centres. The role drives standardisation, automation, and operational excellence across lifecycle design, commissioning and operations in a hyperscale and AI-focused portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a IT/OT background with experience in data centre environments, vendor management, and compliance programs to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related discipline.
Master’s degree preferred for seniority and scope.
Versatility in IT/OT design, build and operations, including vendor management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional IT/OT strategy and operating model for Hong Kong.
Lead IT/OT design and build for new data centre projects with adherence to standards and compliance.
Oversee data centre IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud platforms to enable scalable operations.
Drive cyber security controls and ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS compliance.
Manage vendor relationships with OEMs and service providers to support delivery and operations.
