Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Hong Kong seeks a Data Center Construction Manager to lead construction management of new data hall projects and capital upgrades. You will own scope, quality, schedule and budget, coordinating with design and project teams.

The role requires 5+ years in live data centers or critical infrastructure, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and hands-on experience with MEP systems, drawings, and contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or construction; 5+ years in data centers or critical infra.
• 5+ years in live data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience reading construction specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management for data hall projects and capital upgrades.
• Identify risks, optimize buildability and control costs.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding, execution and closeout.
• Coordinate scope, RFPs and vendor evaluations.
• Perform cost control and site inspections to certify payments.
• Ensure QC and compliance with regulations and SLAs.
• Drive root-cause analysis for equipment failures.
