Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Cost Management Lead for Construction & Fit-Out projects within a prestigious financial services client in Hong Kong. You will be embedded on-site as the primary cost and commercial advisor within the project team.

You will lead end-to-end tender processes, manage contracts, deliver forecasts, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and value for money.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with professional qualification.
• 5–10 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Proven track record in tenders, procurement strategies and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes from strategy to award.
• Manage and administer construction contracts for value and risk control.
• Develop reporting and cost forecasts for stakeholders.
• Package scope and sequence works to match programme and budget.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to support client decisions.
• Act as liaison between project team and client stakeholders with clear communications.
