Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in critical data center operations
• Experience creating and managing budgets
• Experience with project management
• 8+ years in critical facility engineering and operations; 5+ years in people management
• Valid REW Certificate (Grade B0 or above)
• In-depth change, problem and incident management experience
• Strong communication skills in presentation and coaching
• Fluent in Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and control systems at the data center
• Lead and develop teams of 24x7 Engineering Operations Technicians and Chief Engineer
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to minimize disruption
• Develop and review operation documentation (MOP, SOP, EOP)
• Drive expansion and improvement projects across internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee vendor relationships, enforce SLAs, and review performance
• Manage CapEx and OpEx to meet operational needs
• Serve as primary data center contact for Large Scale Events and outages; conduct drills
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
