Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Center or telecom industry.
• Good knowledge in DC facility, transmission, or IP network.
• Familiar with data center daily operation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for VIP customer communication and service renewal.
• Coordinate with IDC vendor for post-sale activities.
• Ensure smooth operation procedures and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage customer complaints and promote data center services.
