Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years of IT systems administration experience, including data center operation and drill management; at least 2–3 years in IT operations management.
Experience supporting VMware, SAN storage, DCIM (SNMP/ModBus/LoRaWan), Telemetry Gateway, Dynatrace, ServiceNow or multi-vendor cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct system audits to ensure IT operational standards compliance; report findings to Line Manager.
Optimize system remote monitoring with SOCC and delivery teams; prioritize alerts and improve monitoring solutions.
Facilitate capacity planning with support teams; provide oversight for future growth.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation and resource optimization.
Represent IT Operations in projects; ensure operational requirements are met and handovers integrated with daily operations.
