Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a senior IT Operations lead to direct enterprise-scale IT operations and govern ITIL processes. This role oversees daily data centre facilities, ensures KPI attainment, and collaborates with network, systems, and security teams to deliver robust IT services and supplier management.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of eight years’ experience in IT operations, strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression, and holds ITIL

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in IT operations and data centre facilities.
• ITIL implementation experience; ITIL certification preferred.
• Knowledge of high-voltage power distribution, HVAC/Chillers, and fire suppression.
• Experience with IT/OT infrastructure and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the support service for any software, hardware and systems managed.
• Ensure the day-to-day IT operation follows the best practices and meets the operations' KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day Data Centre facilities management and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities' requirements.
• Assist in OPEX and CAPEX planning of yearly and monthly budgets.
• Manage ITIL processes for all IT & outsourced team members.
• Ensure outsourcing procedures and documentation are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with network, system, security teams to meet SLA; manage vendors.
• Oversee physical security, monitor temperature/humidity, and power distribution.
