Job summary

Water Oasis Group is seeking a senior ERP specialist in Hong Kong to own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, from planning through development and testing to deployment. You will architect integrations with POS systems and other core platforms while guiding testing with AI-assisted test case generation.

The role requires hands-on development in X++ and C#, strong T-SQL skills, and experience delivering stable releases in a retail and beauty industry context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Proven record of writing clean X++ and C# code, tuning T-SQL and delivering stable releases.
• Experience with POS integration in beauty/retail sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of D365 F&O from conception to testing and deployment.
• Lead D365 projects and system enhancements, estimating man-days and ensuring quality.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical designs for prioritized enhancements.
• Architect integrations connecting D365 F&O with POS and other core systems.
• Direct testing efforts, harnessing AI to generate test cases and validate data.
• Resolve incidents and maintain service levels to keep stores and head office running smoothly.
