Job summary

Astek Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in Dynamics 365 to support client projects in Hong Kong. You will analyze business processes and translate them into tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Service, leading data migration efforts, and ensuring clean ERP-WMS-POS integrations. You will collaboratively work in an Agile team with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 technical development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service configuration, customization, and extension.
• Experience with large datasets, data migration, and enterprise data integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workflows.
• Understanding of telephony concepts including IVR and contact center operations.
• Experience in UI customization and business process configuration.
• Experience in ERP integration with downstream/upstream systems such as WMS, POS.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 UI customization and business process configuration.
• Experience in working in integration projects between ERP and other downstream/upstream systems such as WMS, POS.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
