Job summary

KVB Trading (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle clients' enquiries via email and live chat, and to create sales orders while providing sales support for daily FX and cross-border payments. The role also coordinates account opening logistics in line with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; has 1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome); and demonstrates excellent

Job description

Handle clients' enquiries through email, and live chat in a professional manner.

Create sales order and provide sales support services to clients on daily FX and cross border payment logistics.

Handle account opening logistics in an efficient manner and in compliance with the regulated requirement.

Strong presentation, and client servicing skills.

Maintain up-to-date records to ensure that all contacts with prospective customers, issues, opportunities and competitive information are fully recorded and evaluated.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

At least 1 year's working experience, fresh graduate is welcome.

Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Excellent communications, organizational, planning and people management skills.

Energetic and willing to work in a volatile environment.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Success Specialist.
