Job summary

First Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its compliance and client services team. You will ensure adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines and support daily brokerage operations.

The role covers KYC/AML/CRS/FATCA reviews, liaising with frontline and back offices, handling client inquiries and processing applications. Fresh graduates welcome; immediate availability preferred; medical insurance and year-end bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Admin or related field.
• SFC license Type 1/4/9 preferred.
• IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3 preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, brokerage preferred.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures.
• Familiar with HK regulatory bodies (SFC, HKEx).
• Knowledge of securities and futures account opening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Chinese word processing.
• Fresh graduates welcome; Immediate availability preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
• SFC-licensed (Type 1 / 4 / 9) is preferred
• Holder of relevant IIQE license (Paper 1 and Paper 3) is preferred
• Minimum 1 years solid experience in customer services, preferably in brokerage industry
• Knowledge in KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
• Good knowledge of regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies, e.g. SFC and HKEx
• Familiar with securities and futures account opening procedures
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduates/IANG, TTPS, QMAS are also welcome
• Immediate available is preferred
