Job summary

KVB Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Analyst (Payment & Settlement) to join its finance team. The role focuses on handling FX cross-border payments, settlements, and account reconciliation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting automation initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor degree in Financial Accounting, have knowledge of local and overseas payment channels, and possess strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

Handle and provide a full range of service support including performing FX cross border payment transactions, settlement, and reconciliation of accounts.

Liaise and communicate with the stakeholders to make sure that the processing transactions are in compliance with the regulated requirements.

Participate in different digital and automation projects and provide support on the continuous improvement on the operational workflow and work efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong sense of responsibility, customer focus, attention to details and able to work independently with multi-tasking.
