Job summary

Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) Hong Kong is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Associate to be the bridge between clients and production teams. You will handle client inquiries, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role suits someone starting out or with up to one year of customer service experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and bilingual skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Willing to work shift schedules, including overnight duties (attractive shift allowance provided), working on weekends and public holidays
