Global Exchange Hong Kong Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Hong Kong. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, manage cash in multiple currencies, and support sales leads by presenting products and solutions.

Strong English communication is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus. Fresh graduates welcome; good time management and a proactive attitude are essential for meeting team goals.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above; HKDSE acceptable for entry-level service roles.
• Good written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Self-initiative, positive attitude, and good time management.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Candidates with more experience may apply for Team Leader.

• Good customer service skills along with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-initiative, positive, commercial and good time management.
• Immediately availablewill be an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience can apply for the position of Team Leader.
