Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Customer Services Representative (Electronic products) to handle inquiries and complaints across pre-sales and after-sales via call, email and web chat. You will process orders and quotations submitted via fax, email and Internet, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements include a Higher Diploma or above, 2-3 years in customer service, proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing, and fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or related fields, preferably in electronics industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
