Job summary

Delken Group Limited seeks a Customer Relations Officer to handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a high-tech consumer electronics environment. You will respond to feedback promptly, build strong customer relationships, and support professional customer care across languages.

Candidates should have a diploma or higher, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency is required; immediate availability is preferred.
