Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and invoices, and process sales orders. The role requires coordination with key accounts’ supply chains and internal teams, plus stock planning and monthly reporting.

Strong communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing / Sales Coordination.
• Customer service is preferred.
• Quick learner to learn about products & services and present to customers.
• Good analytical mind, well-organized, and good communication skills.
• Familiar with using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and invoices, and process sales orders.
