Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an Officer, Sales Management to coordinate the sales team, support cross-functional marketing efforts, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 2 years in sales, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua). Hong Kong-based, on-site role with potential for cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in sales-oriented, order and invoice processing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis with Excel.

Duties:

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, channel sales reports, and communicating relevant information to the team
• Provide sales support with other functional teams: Retail Marketing, Marketing, and Product Marketing
• Collaborate with other departments (Business management & Compliance) of providing sales channels related information
• Reach out to the relevant channels for related business information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales reports and system materials
• Handle the process of all sales reporting with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in the preparation of new product launch

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 2 years ofrelevant working experience in Sales field
• Experience in sales-oriented, order and invoice processing are preferable
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially knowledge in MS Excel for data analysis
