Qualifications

• 5 subjects passed in HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent is a MUST.
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service; call center experience is an advantage.
• Good Chinese and English typing skills; basic computer knowledge.
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; Putonghua knowledge is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries and complaints from the public.
• Record or input into computer full particulars of customer contacts, enquiries, applications and complaints.
• Refer enquiries and complaints to the responsible sections in the Government for follow up actions and inform the enquirers/applicants/complainants of processing.
• Prepare written operational and monitoring reports if instructed by the Government.
