TSS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle public enquiries and complaints, logging details in the system and referring cases to the appropriate government sections for follow-up actions. The role requires strong Cantonese and English, with Putonghua knowledge preferred.
Shifts may apply with schedule variations; the job emphasizes accurate record-keeping, reporting, and customer care across channels.
Team A: Fix working schedule (Mon - Fri) , with banking/ financial customer service experience will be an advantage.
Team B: Flexible working schedule (Mon - Sun, on shift), overnight shift may needed depends on the operation, with shift allowance.
Job Duties:
Handling enquires and complains from public
Record or input into computer full particulars of customer contacts, enquiries,
applications and complaints
To refer the received enquiries and complaints to the responsible sections and divisions in
the Government as appropriate for follow up actions and obtain and advise the concerned
enquirers/applications/complainants of the updated information about the processing of
the enquiries/applications/complaints
Prepare written operational and monitoring reports if instructed by the Government
Job Requirement:
5 subjects passed in HKDSE/ HKCEE or equivalent is a MUST
At least 1 year working experience on customer service is preferred, which included call center is advantaged
Shall have good Chinese and English typing skills and basic computer knowledge
Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Putonghua is necessary
