Customer Service Officer (Serviced Apartment)

Job summary

Sino Group is seeking a proactive professional to support the Leasing Manager in daily serviced apartment operations, maintenance and cleaning oversight. You will handle handovers, tenant requests, service calls and repairs progress, while also assisting the leasing team with admin tasks and tenancy document preparation.

Strong English/Chinese communication is required; Putonghua is a plus. Shift work is expected; fresh graduates with a customer-focused mindset are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience in serviced apartments, hospitality, hotels, property management, real estate or customer service.
• Proactive and customer-oriented.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Shift duty is required.
• Fresh graduates with a customer-oriented mindset and strong learning agility are also welcome to apply.

The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/ She will also be responsible for assisting leasing team on daily operations, providing administration support, preparing tenancy documents and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
