Job summary

Sino Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Serviced Apartment) to support day-to-day building management and tenancy operations. You will assist in maintaining service levels, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a smooth tenant experience across the serviced apartments in our portfolio.

The role requires handling tenant requests, service calls and tenancy documentation, with strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience in serviced apartments, hospitality, hotels, property management, real estate or customer service.
• Proactive and customer-oriented.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Shift duty is required.
• Fresh graduates with a customer-oriented mindset and strong learning agility are also welcome to apply.

The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/ She will also be responsible for assisting leasing team on daily operations, providing administration support, preparing tenancy documents and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.

Requirements

Diploma or above in any discipline

2 years of relevant experience in serviced apartments, hospitality, hotels, property management, real estate or customer service

Proactive and customer-oriented

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

Able to work independently and under pressure
