Job summary

Sino Group is seeking a proactive Leasing professional to manage all leasing activities in a dynamic Hong Kong team. You will handle new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, and market research, while preparing budgets and tenancy administration.

The role includes coordinating premises takeover, fitting-out, renovation works, and handling inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least 2 years in real estate, with strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of real estate related experience.
• Proactive and customer oriented; good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all leasing activities: new lettings, renewals, direct marketing and market research; budget preparation and tenancy administration.
• Coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and renovation management.
• Handle enquiries and complaints; liaise with tenants and internal teams.
• Support Leasing Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

The successful candidate will report to the Leasing Manager and handle all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration. Further duties include coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of real estate related experience
• Experience in property management, fitting-out works and renovation works is an advantage
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant
