Job summary

Loplus Serviced Apartments & Loplus Student Living in Hong Kong seeks a motivated Leasing Coordinator to drive occupancy and support the leasing team in achieving targets. You will build relationships with corporate accounts and manage leasing documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or above in Hospitality or related field, 1–2 years’ leasing or hospitality experience, and fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus. 5-day work week and career development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

Leasing Coordinator (Serviced Apartments / Student Living)

We are looking for a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our Serviced Apartments & Student Living team. You will play a key role in driving occupancy, building client relationships and supporting the leasing team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing Manager and team to explore business opportunities across various market segments and achieve departmental budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate accounts; conduct sales calls, sales blitzes and client entertainment
• Prepare leasing agreements, tenancy renewals, deposit refund and related documentation
• Handle customer enquiries via hotline and other channels, providing excellent service
• Conduct market research, gather intelligence on customers and competitors, and propose promotional activities to stay competitive and maximise occupancy and room rates
• Compile leasing reports and support marketing & leasing initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in leasing, sales, hospitality or serviced apartments preferred (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) & AI software; experience with JDE is a plus
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong serviced apartments, hotels & student living is an advantage
