Job summary

The Women’s Clinic in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our clinic group. You will deliver exceptional service, assist prospective clients with bookings, and tailor medical service proposals to clients, ensuring a warm and professional visit experience.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above and at least 3 years in medical or aesthetics industries, with fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is highly valued.

• At least 3 years of working experience in medical or aesthetics industry is preferable.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any disciplines

At least 3 years of working experience in medical or aesthetics industry ispreferrable

Good communications skills and good command of English, Cantonese andMandarin

Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Processing

Immediate available is highly preferred
