Job summary

The Women’s Clinic in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our clinic group. You will deliver exceptional service, assist prospective clients with bookings, and tailor medical service proposals to clients, ensuring a warm and professional visit experience.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above and at least 3 years in medical or aesthetics industries, with fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any disciplines.
• At least 3 years of working experience in medical or aesthetics industry is preferable.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide a pro-active and sincere clinic visit experience to our clients.
• Handle prospective clients' calls, enquiry and booking.
• Provide personalized medical service proposal to prospective clients.
• Assist the company to handle all aspects of sales functions to customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
