Job summary

Asia Eye Care Limited is seeking a courteous receptionist to greet patients and manage bookings at our clinic in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will handle inquiries, maintain appointment records, and ensure patient confidentiality while providing friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are fresh DSE graduates with strong communication skills and proficiency in Word/Excel. Monday to Sunday shifts are required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Open to DSE fresh graduate; with years of experiences in clinic will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Good command of Cantonese and English (Putonghua a plus).
• Require to shift on Sunday
