Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a customer service professional to act as the main contact for corporate clients, handling day-to-day service inquiries, shipment bookings, and rate quotes.

You will monitor end-to-end shipments across air, sea, and courier, providing proactive milestone updates and coordinating with warehouse, operational, and overseas teams. Assistance with documentation, records, and rate sheets in the internal system will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Around 2 years of customer service experience in logistics is preferred.
• Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for corporate clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and rate quotes.
• Monitor end-to-end shipments (air, sea, and courier) and provide proactive updates.
• Troubleshoot delays, customs queries, or documentation issues promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and overseas teams to ensure orders run smoothly.

• Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, handling day-to-day service inquiries, shipment bookings, and rate quotes.




• Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of air, sea, and courier shipments, providing proactive milestone updates to clients.




• Troubleshoot shipment delays, customs queries, or documentation discrepancies quickly and efficiently.




• Work closely with warehouse, operational, and overseas transport teams to ensure smooth order execution.




• Keep client records, shipment logs, and rate sheets up to date in the internal system.

Skills & Experiences required

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.




• Around 2 years of customer service experience (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is highly preferred).




• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).




• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable adapting to corporate logistics systems.
