Job summary

MSC Air Cargo Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to analyze customer growth and retention, ensuring service commitments and client requirements are met in a timely manner. The role emphasizes strong relationships with corporate clients, co-loaders and agents, plus regular reporting to internal teams and overseas partners.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin required).
• Fresh graduates will be considered.

• Coordinate and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders and other relevant departments to ensure smooth business execution and alignment of commercial objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, co-loaders, and agents
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal colleagues and overseas agents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; experience in air freight operations or customer service is an advantage
• Familiarity with air cargo operations, including freight processes, shipping documentation, and industry terminology
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is required
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, with a strong customer service mindset
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fresh graduate will be considered
