Job summary

Sun Tat Marine Products Company Limited is seeking a capable customer service professional in Hong Kong. You will resolve customer enquiries and complaints, and coordinate closely with drivers to ensure timely and efficient dispatch to customers.

The role requires processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, handling document preparation such as invoices, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned. Fluency in English and Chinese typing is important, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above
• More than 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word & Excel
• Good command of both spoken, written English and Chinese typing
