Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to welcome guests and deliver quality service at the service center. You will assist in business events and provide general administrative support, including data entry.

Requirements include Form 6 / HKDSE or above, 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates considered), and fluency in Chinese and English with Mandarin as an advantage. A customer‑oriented, presentable and outgoing personality is essential.
