Edrington Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Planning Manager to drive the Forecast-to-Stock pillar within the Hong Kong Supply Chain team. You will oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and stock optimization to balance service levels, working capital and growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, regional teams and external partners, leading forecasting improvements, governance, and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience with demonstrated ownership of S&OP, inventory optimization and cross-functional planning processes.
• Hands-on SAP experience in planning, inventory or supply chain related processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in forecasting, inventory analysis and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning data and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Aufgaben

• Drive the monthly S&OP process to ensure forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities are reviewed and aligned.
• Manage supply and replenishment planning to ensure product availability and service continuity.
• Proactively identify supply risks, stock constraints and allocation requirements, driving mitigation actions.
• Manage inventory levels and stock coverage to balance service, working capital and inventory targets.
• Drive actions to reduce excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor inventory health, ageing and supply risks, recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers, returns and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, stock availability and inventory performance against agreed KPIs.
• Support standardized planning metrics, reporting and performance reviews.
• Escalate risks and compliance concerns in a timely manner.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve planning effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, stock visibility and operational performance.
• For Assistant Manager level, lead selected projects and act as deputy to the Supply Chain Manager when required.
