Job summary

Mannings is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Assistant Manager to lead a planning team, forecast demand, manage replenishment and optimize inventory at the distribution centre in Hong Kong. You will analyze sales trends, promotions and store needs to maintain availability and service levels across channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, 5+ years in planning, strong numerical acumen, Excel skills and bilingual ability (English and Cantonese).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in demand and supply planning, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
• Strong numerical & analytical ability; well organized and proactive.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with forecast tools/systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage forecasting, replenishment and inventory control at the DC.
• Refine forecasts with sales momentum and adjust inventory plans for ranges.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to align on forecasts and promotions.
• Prepare purchase plans and monitor vendor shipments, including overseas suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and optimize warehouse inventory to maintain high service levels.
• Produce management reports and drive continuous improvements.
