Job summary

LEGO Group in Hong Kong/Taiwan is seeking a Customer Planner to connect Sales, Marketing, customers and supply chain partners to improve demand planning, product availability, and inventory performance. You will analyze data, apply commercial insight, and support monthly planning cycles to drive accurate forecasts and continuous improvements across both markets.

The role supports both Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Delivered customer demand planning and forecasting activities in a consumer goods, retail, or supply chain environment
• Applied advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI tools to support planning and business decisions
• Managed inventory analysis and reporting to improve availability, visibility, or stock performance
• Partnered with commercial and operational teams to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Improved forecast accuracy through structured reviews, planning processes, and data insights
