Job summary

Edrington Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Planning Manager to support the Forecast-to-Stock pillar within the Hong Kong Supply Chain team. You will oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and stock optimization to balance service levels, working capital and growth goals.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and regional teams to drive planning excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
7+ years' experience with demonstrated ownership of S&OP, inventory optimization and cross-functional planning processes.
Hands-on SAP experience in planning, inventory or supply chain related processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in forecasting, inventory analysis and performance reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning data and dashboards.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Drive the monthly S&OP process to ensure forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities are reviewed and aligned.
Manage supply and replenishment planning to ensure product availability and service continuity.
Proactively identify supply risks, stock constraints and allocation requirements, driving mitigation actions.
Monitor forecast accuracy, stock availability and inventory performance against KPIs.
