You'll join the HKTW Operations team within the LEGO Group, a team that connects commercial and operational functions to support business performance and product availability. We work in a highly collaborative environment where forecasting discussions, planning reviews, and improvement initiatives are part of everyday work. Analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, prioritization, taking ownership, and confident communication all help our team succeed together.
Success means mastering the balance between customer demand and supply realities while helping improve forecast quality and service levels. Over time, you'll contribute to stronger planning processes, enhanced reporting capabilities, greater inventory visibility, and customer integration initiatives.
