You will analyze data, deliver earlier insights, and support monthly planning cycles while driving continuous improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and customer service across both markets. The role involves working in a hybrid setup with regional teams and Key Account Managers.
Just imagine seeing the right products on shelves at the right time across Hong Kong and Taiwan. Then make it real.
As our Customer Planner, you'll play a key role in the LEGO® HKTW Operations team, connecting Sales, Marketing, customers, and supply chain partners to improve demand planning, product availability, and inventory performance. You'll combine data analysis, commercial insight, and planning expertise to strengthen forecast accuracy, support monthly planning cycles, and drive continuous improvements that help the business grow. It's an opportunity to influence decisions, build strong customer partnerships, and shape how products flow through the market.
No relocation assistance is provided for this role. The role can be based in either Hong Kong or Taiwan supporting both markets.
If you've worked in a role where you managed forecasting, demand reviews, or inventory planning while partnering with multiple stakeholders, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn data into action, influence decisions through insight, and deliver results that support both customers and the business.
You’ll join the HKTW Operations team within the LEGO Group, a team that connects commercial and operational functions to support business performance and product availability. We work in a highly collaborative environment where forecasting discussions, planning reviews, and improvement initiatives are part of everyday work. Analytical thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, problem solving, prioritization, taking ownership, and confident communication all help our team succeed together.
Success means mastering the balance between customer demand and supply realities while helping improve forecast quality and service levels. Over time, you’ll contribute to stronger planning processes, enhanced reporting capabilities, greater inventory visibility, and customer integration initiatives. You’ll work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning teams, regional operations colleagues, and customer planning contacts to deliver sustainable growth and reliable product availability.
