About The Role

As our Customer Planner, you'll play a key role in the LEGO® HKTW Operations team, connecting Sales, Marketing, customers, and supply chain partners to improve demand planning, product availability, and inventory performance. You'll combine data analysis, commercial insight, and planning expertise to strengthen forecast accuracy, support monthly planning cycles, and drive continuous improvements that help the business grow. It's an opportunity to influence decisions, build strong customer partnerships, and shape how products flow through the market.

No relocation assistance is provided for this role. The role can be based in either Hong Kong or Taiwan supporting both markets.

Customer demand planning and management (50%)
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of customer demand planning, driving an excellent topline forecasting and management.
  • Lead analytical reviews on customer performance, market dynamics, building block assumptions, forward‑looking forecasts, and promotion effectiveness to strengthen turnover forecast accuracy.
  • Validate launch and promotional volume estimates, customer assortment lists, and account flow models to ensure high‑quality outputs for company planning cycles.
Product availability and allocation (20%)
  • Drive the product allocation process in line with defined principles, ensuring fairness, adherence to confirmed orders, and alignment with supply constraints.
  • Support Key Account Managers in maintaining healthy retail stock levels and ensuring product availability for consumers.
In-stock and inventory reporting (10%)
  • Develop and maintain in‑stock reporting to assess LEGO market inventory, including local reporting setup, coordination with regional teams, and updates to retail product listings.
  • Identify and elevate inventory issues, providing actionable recommendations to Demand Planning and Account Management teams for improved product flow.
S&OP support (10%)
  • Actively participate in the monthly S&OP cycle, providing customer insights on product flow and promotional activities.
Continuous improvement (10%)
  • Serve as a bridge for internal and external customer‑related projects (e.g., order‑to‑cash implementation, EDI integration).
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging advanced technology, industry networking, and productivity programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Delivered customer demand planning and forecasting activities in a consumer goods, retail, or supply chain environment
  • Applied advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI tools to support planning and business decisions
  • Managed inventory analysis and reporting to improve availability, visibility, or stock performance
  • Partnered with commercial and operational teams to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Improved forecast accuracy through structured reviews, planning processes, and data insights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Used EDI integration processes to support customer or supply chain operations
  • Conducted retail performance and promotional analysis to guide planning decisions
What You'll Build
  • Stronger customer demand visibility and more accurate forecasting
  • Effective planning processes that support monthly sales and operations reviews
  • Better inventory reporting and in‑stock visibility across the market
  • Closer collaboration with customers to optimize inventory health and product flow
  • Data‑driven recommendations that balance customer demand with supply constraints
  • Process improvements that increase efficiency and customer service performance

If you've worked in a role where you managed forecasting, demand reviews, or inventory planning while partnering with multiple stakeholders, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn data into action, influence decisions through insight, and deliver results that support both customers and the business.
