Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a data and AI product leader to drive customer-centric data capabilities across Hong Kong and Macau. You will shape the product strategy for the customer data platform, tagging, segmentation and AI-enabled solutions, translating business needs into scalable data products.

Collaborate with business, analytics, technology, data governance and compliance teams to deliver measurable impact, monitor adoption and ensure governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in product management, data product management, AI product delivery or related areas.
• Knowledge of customer data platforms, tagging, segmentation, metadata management.
• Familiarity with AI use case design and AI-enabled workflow automation would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Experience with SQL/Python/BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for data and AI products.
• Translate business needs into reusable data capabilities and AI use cases with clear success measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Coordinate product delivery, UAT, release readiness and adoption tracking with proper documentation.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, governance and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor performance, adoption and business impact, identify improvement opportunities.
