Job summary

AIA, a leading insurer in Asia, is seeking a senior analytics professional to develop AI and ML solutions across multiple business applications in Asia.

You will work with Marketing, Distribution, Strategy, Propositions, Digital and Operations to drive a data-driven culture, lead a team of Data Scientists, and translate insights into actions that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, claims handling, distribution performance and fraud detection.

Qualifications

• Senior analytics professional with experience in developing AI/ML solutions across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions to optimise business performance across different areas of the organisation.
• Lead analytics projects and a team of Data Scientists dedicated to those projects.
• Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business of cross functional groups.
• Create compelling business presentations to explain insights to business units.
