Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau seeks a senior leader to head Data Science & AI, developing strategy and leading teams across data science, machine learning, analytics, and AI product development. You will oversee end-to-end AI lifecycles, deploy scalable solutions, and ensure governance and security compliance in a regulated financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Data Science/AI, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and emerging AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of Data Science & AI initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end design, development, training, evaluation, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML solutions.
• Establish and drive enterprise MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Partner with AI governance to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with AI Platform & Innovation teams to scale capabilities.
