Job summary

The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility & Community to lead CSR strategy, community programs, and impact measurement. You will work with schools, NGOs, and sponsors to deliver tennis and pickleball initiatives that broaden participation and social impact.

You will design and monitor programs for youth, seniors, and underserved groups, coordinate with multiple teams, and report outcomes to funding partners and the CSR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in CSR/ESG, sustainability or community engagement.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with membership-based organizations or sports bodies is a plus.
• Knowledge of tennis or sports industry is desirable.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and community programs aligned with the Association's mission.
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate tennis and pickleball programs for juniors, seniors, and diverse communities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with operational teams across the Association.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, NGOs, community centers, and corporate partners.
• Organize fundraising, community, volunteering events, and sports festivals.
• Monitor outcomes, collect impact data, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support ESG and sustainability initiatives including impact measurement and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain funding relationships.
• Promote DEI and accessibility through sports participation initiatives.
