Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager for Cross-Border Payments, Crypto to grow corporate client revenue and manage end-to-end client lifecycle.

You will engage with corporates to promote cross-border payment solutions, RMB settlement, and overseas banking services, building long-term relationships and delivering strategic payment solutions. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in corporate banking, payments, treasury, fintech, or financial services sales.
• Strong business development track record acquiring and managing corporate clients.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire corporate clients with cross-border payment, overseas account, and RMB settlement needs.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored payment and treasury solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct regular client meetings and activities to uncover opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Analyze transaction data to provide insights and improve client experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products and service delivery.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored payment and transaction banking solutions.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing growth and retention.
