Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is assisting a leading cross-border payments and crypto services provider in hiring a Relationship Manager, Cross-Border Payments, Crypto. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients with cross-border payment, RMB settlement, and overseas account needs while delivering tailored payment and treasury solutions.

You will build long-term client relationships, conduct regular meetings, and work with internal teams to optimize products and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in corporate banking, transaction banking, payments, treasury, fintech, or financial services sales.
• Strong business development track record with the ability to acquire and manage corporate clients.
• Sound understanding of cross-border payments, cash management, overseas account services, and RMB settlement solutions.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire corporate clients with cross-border payment, overseas account, and RMB settlement needs.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored payment and treasury solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business development activities to uncover new opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Analyze transaction data and provide value-added insights to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, processes, and customer service delivery.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored payment and transaction banking solutions.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing account growth and retention.
