Job summary

BIT in Hong Kong is seeking a senior treasury professional to oversee payments, funds movement, and counterparty relations across global platforms. You will manage sub-accounts, validate payment instructions, and ensure due diligence while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in accounting/finance, 7–10 years in treasury/payments, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English. Mandarin is advantageous for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics or related disciplines.
• 7-10 years of experience in treasury, banking operations/middle-office and/or payments processing.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, trade settlements and funds movement processes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with ability to communicate with internal/external parties.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting various aspects of the organization’s business activities and counterparty relationships.
• Opening and managing crypto currency (sub) accounts / wallets held in platforms of various counterparties.
• Handling and approving payment instructions raised by business partners; verifying and cross-checking amounts and wallet information.
• Completing payment processes, releasing funds to counterparties, ensuring due diligence on processes and procedures.
• Operating with teamwork and flexibility, sometimes during evening hours or weekends to liaise with counterparties in different time zones.
• Supporting month-end reporting processes.
